Fernandes gives verdict on Cristiano Ronaldo being dropped

Cristiano Ronaldo was not selected to start for Portugal, according to Bruno Fernandes.

For Portugal’s match against Switzerland in the round of 16, Ronaldo was not included in the lineup.

Portugal did not suffer because of the 37-year-absence; old’s instead, they performed better and prevailed 6-1.
